Capstone Course & Research Project
For their final course in the minor sequence, students should work in a subject that has captured their particular interest. In the context of this course students will produce a research paper, to be presented orally, on a topic approved by the instructor.
On approval, students may arrange for this final course to be a guided independent study in a gallery or museum. In such cases, students will work with the Art History minor faculty coordinator on a research paper and oral presentation describing and evaluating the experience.
A grade of B or higher is required in each course to remain in the minor.
