LALL 853 - Contemporary Drama A study of the experimental developments in today’s theater, both on Broadway and off, from Waiting for Godot to the present moment. Students read some of the most famous playwrights of our times: Genet, Beckett, Ionesco, Albee, Pinter, and Shepard, as well as some not so well-known. Theater trips are part of the experience of this course. Formerly HU 315B
