The Pilates Method is a series of exercises intended as a complete approach to developing body awareness and easing physicality. It is an exercise-based system that aims to develop the body’s center in order to create a stable core for all types of movement. Intermediate Pilates Mat continues to build strength and flexibility through the practice and study of the practical and conceptual work of founder Joseph Pilates.
