GDES 403 - Problem Solving Develops approaches to solving communications problems of diverse character and increasingly practical application. It assumes a high level of formal competence and places special emphasis on working within technical and time constraints by developing clear and concise thought patterns. This course uses both traditional and computer technologies within a thorough research process. Students should have expertise in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and authoring and scripting skills in time-based software or receive instructor approval. Formerly GD 412A
