FACR 301 - Attitudes & Strategies A studio-criticism course that presents issues that cross over the unique domains of the sculptor, the printmaker, and the painter. Fine Arts students from all three majors work on projects designed to increase their awareness of the attitudes and strategies embodied in artworks. Concepts such as idealism, naturalism, and expressionism are explored in light of their implication for form-making methods and principles. Lectures, studio projects, and group critiques create a forum for advanced study of the purposes and contexts of the Fine Arts. Formerly FA 333A
