EMDI 202 - Electronic Media/Production II An extension of EMDI 201. Addresses the development of advanced computer skills in image scanning, technology, desktop publishing, pre-press production, color, output technology, and digital photographic technologies. Special attention is given to comparative study of output technologies and the translation of the on-screen image to offset lithography. Technical expertise and efficient working methodologies are applied to problems that are brought into the class from other design courses as well as from both individual and group-assigned projects. All software is standard to current graphic design industry practices. Formerly EM 202
Prerequisites & Notes Prerequisite: EMDI 201
Open to Graphic Design majors and Typography minors only.
