CAT 101 The Art of Creative Care: Empathy, Culture, and Mindfulness

This course will explore the healing potential of a compassionate, mindful, and arts-based approach for enhanced connections with diverse cultures and communities. Students will be introduced to creative and humanistic approaches, including personal narrative, and the practice of empathy and validation, for self-care and caring for others.

This course is not repeatable for credit.
This course can fulfill a critical studies elective or general elective requirement.
