ANIM 341 History of Animation
3 credits 45.0 hours 300 level undergraduate course
The aesthetics of animation design and the structural elements of frame-by-frame filmmaking have evolved over time. Analytical, procedural, and historical approaches are brought to bear in the study of animation principles and their development in cinematic history.
Requires completion of 60 credits. This course is not repeatable for credit. This course can fulfill a discipline history elective, critical studies elective, or general elective requirement.
